The front of each card describes a simple definition of each strategic analysis you need to do, or an objective your group needs to achieve.
The back of each card contains a ''recipe'' for each step in the strategy formulation process. This includes:
- A small group activity carefully designed to perform a specific analysis.
- Instructions on how to handle the feedback after the activity.
- Materials you will need and the way to arrange your groups in the workshop.
