We have been working on moving several government departments from a paper based to an electronic environment. It has been more than challenging dealing with all the Change issues around it. After sensitization and communication with our stakeholders, we needed a complete diagnostic of each entity within government. Well! I don’t know if we would have been able to meet our deadline with this process, if it were not for the Change Puzzle. It is fully comprehensible and weeds out all the issues that need to be addressed in one clean sweep! It generates full participation, and provides attendees with the freedom to express fundamental operating issues in a fun and relaxed setting.
